It was an emergency and they did respond as quickly as they were able. I was "double-dipped" on the charges. I was charged hourly as well as for the service itself. A total of $696.50!! He was there 3 1/2 hours. I've been told that I was ripped off. The other problem was the plumber didn't have a scope with him: If he did he would have seen that the pipes were deteriorated.

Earlier this week my mom started having issues with her plumbing & septic system. (Yuck) She lives in Fort Collins, and spent most of a day calling every local company for assistance. No one locally was able to assist her in a timely manner. Defeated & hopeless she decided to call companies outside of Fort Collins. Steve from Suc-N-Up in Mead immediately came to empty her septic tank. Did I mention it's now 6pm during a blizzard, in the country, with no access to the tank??? After several hours of work, cutting branches, removing fencing & digging into the frozen ground it was discovered it wasn't the septic tank!!! The problem was the plumbing. Steve instantly recommended Ken Millette Sewer & Plumbing Services from Longmont. Within an hour, Brad from KMS&PS arrived and stayed for several hours despite the time & inclement weather. Brad even returned the following day and completed the lengthy repairs. The repairs, cost & timing could not have been planned at a worse time. However, the customer service was impeccable, kind, & beyond satisfaction. My mom called me after the situation was resolved to notify me that God had sent her a group of "angels" to help her this week. Listening to her relief brought tears to my eyes!
