Looking at other reviews...gee, only been waiting a few days for a response? I've been waiting for TWO MONTHS. Three online form submissions, three phone calls with messages left - NO response to any of them. Now trying social media. Found their FB page...

Tried to contact in order to follow up on an issue....two days and can not get anyone on the phone. A receptionist will answer and forward the call....ring....ring....ring, they never answer. The store also seems very disorganized.

I'm giving a 1 star due to the fact YP will not allow me to give none. I'm giving this review only 7 days after Mike G. gave his. It's almost as he wrote my review. NO returned calls. NO clue what is the status of your Unit. Our unit has been there for over 2 months. And I thought it was (In my book) routine Warranty Work. I truly believe that Camping World employees would NOT be happy as their own customers.

The only way you can warn people about companies to avoid is by going viral. So to everyone who can see this I am officially warning you to never buy anything from Camping World. It is by far the most unorganized, unprofessional company that we have ever had to deal wIth. The management is pathetic and let's the newbies deal with problems that should be dealt with by them. They don't return calls, they are totally clueless to what the status of your camper is nor do they care. 4 months and they still can't fix the lemon that we bought. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CAMPING WORLD!!

TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!Bought a 2015 travel trailer from camping world of Longmont.When we got home we noticed a big hole under the dinette set. Didn't notice it during our walk through because they clearly tried to hide it with the same color paneling!Customer service is awful I talked to Scott the general manager, Todd, Kerry, and Shane!None of them have returned my phone calls!Believe all the bad reviews do not buy a RV from camping world!!

Bought a brand new trailer 13 mos ago from Todd. We realized the floor plan and type was not working so in early 2015, we repeatedly reached out both via phone messages and going there in person. Todd had us wait twice as long as he said, would forget what we were looking for, etc. I believe he did not give us the attention we deserved was because we were trading in the first trailer so his commission would be less. Unacceptable.

I purchased a brand new Class A motor coach from K&C RV/Camping World of Longmont, CO in 2012. It has been a horrible experience from the beginning. The service department terrible. They have high employee turnover, make false claims and promises and lack any sense of urgency or customer service. If you're going to purchase a new RV or you need service for an RV, go anywhere else but here as it should be your last choice. It doesn't matter the price of the coach either and the one I purchased was for $150K. They are incapable of delivering a quality customer experience even to their best customers.
