Buyer beware! Dale Davis makes verbal promises, which he later “can’t recall”.. make sure you get everything in writing, better yet go in with a lawyer when filling out the contract. Totally unprofessional, no customer service, lies, just to mention a few of the issues. Our family finally moved almost a YEAR after we were “verbally” promised we’d be in by Dale, only to find out that none of the plumbing was ever hooked up to either bathroom and washer. Water poured under the house for several months prior to the issue being caught. A half a year after moving in, we’re still waiting to get the shower fixed (shower floor very “spongy” after all the water poured under it from the plumbing not being hooked up to it!) and still waiting to have the mould issue to be addressed! Davis wants the balance that is still owed to him, however we insist he will not be paid till the issues are addressed. He claims the issues are with the manufacturer, even though the plumbing wasn’t hooked correctly by HIS crew!
