So far this is not been a good experience. I would discourage anyone from using the service,If they actually are looking for help. I live out of state my father lives right there in McMinnville he signed up for their service about 3 weeks ago, he has not been able to get any assistance from this business. I understand his frustration as I called today several times to reach out to the business to help my father who is older in age and all I got was a voice message without the capability of leaving a message. I think they are taking advantage of his age and his lack of computer skills! He simply needs to be able to have a channel that he likes to watch unblocked and the box they told him he could have for his bedroom installed. He was never given a written contract and after they received his money for the installation they seem to be too busy to help him buyer beware!!!!
