I have been wearing a mask for my sleep apnea and it became defective the end of August 2014. I asked Lincare in McMinnville, OR to order me the parts I needed. I was told they couldn't and they gave me a phone number to call. After a number of calls to this telephone number I finally got through to them and they told me it was the wrong number to call. They gave me a new number. I was never able to get through to the second number and they they did not return my calls. I went back to Lincare in McMinnville, OR in September and they said they would order what I needed. It took several weeks for the order to come, one (1) Nuance Pro gel pillow. Fine, but I still needed the head gear to attach it to. They said they would order it. A month or so went by and I did not receive it. I called again and they said it had never been ordered. I asked them to order it. Another month went by. I called them again around the first of December. They said they had sent a request to the doctor for paperwork the first of November and they had not received it. There had been no follow-up on their part. I asked them to order it again. Finally, on the 20th of December we received a package from Lincare. In it were two (2) Nuance pro gel pillows! No head gear. I will go back to their office on Monday and stand over them while they try to place the order again. The people they have working there seem to be very incompetent.
