I listened to Mr. Collins on the radio and actually believed in what he had to say. I went to a seminar. I was convinced this was the law firm I wanted to do my estate planning. That was the last of my pleasant experience. I met with Mr. Kaplan. He was rude and just in a hurry to take my money. It took forever for my draft to arrive at my house. I called the office several times only to be put off by the office manager. Finally, I had had eno;ugh and I demanded my money be returned to me. What a ghastly experience. Mr. Collins, you should be ashamed of yourself.

This was the worse experience of my life. The attorney we met with were totally incompetent and only interested in the money. The office staff who scheduled our meeting were totally incompetent. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone.
