Absolutely fantastic ! Our initial service was recently done by Mike (guy with the ponytail). He did an excellent job explaining what he was going to do, and what we should expect. He was right, within a couple days, we noted more dead bugs, and a huge decrease in live ones. A few weeks later and we haven't seen a single bug in a number of days.

Our tech made sure to spray every baseboard in the house, under all the sinks around the pipes, and the outside perimeter of the house. He politely and patiently answered all our questions, and was pretty funny to talk with as well.

We are so happy we made the switch from our last provider that seeemed to rush through the job and became annoyed if we asked questions or did anything that took more of his time.

Terrible experience with this company! I had a door salesman come to my house and offer to do a pest control treatment. I agreed with the understanding that it was a one time service and there was no contract, but that was not the case. There is a four installment contract that the people of Star Pest Control are hell bent on enforcing; I understand they run a business but it was not clearly explained this was a contract. I contacted them repeatedly to tell them I do not want the service but they keep throwing their contract back at me. It went so far that the technician entered my property while I was not home, even though I specifically told them not to come onto my property! My dogs, who are prone to running the neighborhood when get free, were in the backyard when the technician serviced. Luckily the dogs were not let out, but what would have happened?The technician would not have chased my dogs down the street, no I'd have two run over dogs because this company can't listen to their customer.

Very easy to work with. They have worked with my schedule and have always explained how everything works. The ladies in the office are very kind and if I can't pay for the service the day it's done, they hold off for payment until I get paid. I've even broken it up into payments. Would highly recommend.

A sales guy came to the door, super young Highschool kid, and he was actually very knowledgable and knew his stuff. If you contact the company ask for Brent. He seemed to give me a great deal and they actually sprayed that night and I started to see results right away. Thank you Star

I would not recommend this company at all! The sales guy tells me that I can cancel in 30days, I cancelled and they still are trying to collect full cost of services even though they only sprayed the outside of my home. Instead of attempting to work with me they sent me to a collection agency. In my view I feel I was scammed! Don't use them!

Very professional service and courteous techs. Other reveiwer must be mistaken this company for someone else as all appointments are scheduled in advance.



Quality service, careful and courteous techs, and no bugs. We couldnt ask more of a service provider.

Every single time they come to spray, they leave my back gate open. I have 2 dogs and it is not my responsibility to close things up after them, they need to leave my property how they found it. Also, when they come to spray they leave my back patio a total mess, again, I have 2 dogs that could get into the poison. They come at weird times of day, and even if you call to cancel, they still show up and charge you $95! That's outrageous. I would not recommend them.
