Stay away from this place they don't know what they're doing and they'll throw your clothes right back in your face rude rude rude

I used to get my husband's clothes drycleaned/laudered every week. Ofcourse, they have equipment to launder and thats why they are in business BUT when I gave my favorite maxi dress to launder, they ruined it. The bra padding was squished as if it was thrown in the hot dryer, and my crosse' had shrunk. I have had this dress for almost four years and washed it at home on gentle cycle. The ladies will understand that if you have something favorite in your closet and if it gets ruined, you curse every word you know !! One of the lady was super nice ,she felt bad for me and told me that she will contact the owner--the owner refused to admit & bluntly said "ITs not our fault", atleast that s how it was conveyed. Basically told me that I was a liar. I am not going back there. I found another wonderful cleaners on Custer and I am happy. Sorry Mr. Owner, you lost a lot of revenue, I spent almost $80 every two weeks. He could have handled this situation in a better way.
