I've been working with this company for a little over a year now and I make it an effort to adhere to their ever changing policies and changes in ownership. Initially they allowed payment info to be kept on file for recurring payment purposes. A few months ago they were bought out by another company that does not allow payments to be left on file. Anyhow I called to make my last and final payment on my loan over the phone. I spoke with Sandy who was extremely rude to me and ultimately hung up in my face. She informed me after receiving my card info that it was giving her a CVV2 Mismatch code read declining the transaction. I'd just left my bank and had my receipt showing my balance so I knew there was definitely money in my account. After trying to explain this to her a few times and asking that she check her payment system, she got flustered and stated she's not going to continue going back and forth with me. I assured her I'm not at all trying to argue with you either, I just want to be sure my payment gets received and you understand there's no issue with my card or my account. She tried it a few more times and received the same msg. She refused to look into it further. I got upset with her rudeness and treatment towards me as if it was my fault and then she hung up in my face.

I immediately called back with my banker on the phone and this time I got a different rep and of course it goes through no problem. Clearly, she was entering something in wrong and not doing her due diligence to ensure her system and input wasn't the cause of the bad read. I'm extremely upset in the way in which this was handled and I hope they can be more willing to assist in the future and not come at the customer as of declines or card error msgs are always the customers fault.

I've had a bit of history with this company and their sister company, Friendly Loans. This situation leaves a very bad taste in my mouth so I doubt I continue doing business with them after this.
