VERY RUDE NEIGHBORS.. On Saturdays they take up all the street parking. There is a college right down the street they cpuld park at but are too lazy to walk. You try to call to complain but they won't answer the phone. Baby shower today but no place for my guest to walk. Oh, mailman wouldn't deliver my mail cause mailbox is blocked!
