Worst agent I have ever seen, call his office answering service. Leave a message, returns your calls and when you go to call him back, yep same answering service. Then when you go to cancel your policies he calls you a "F*cking piece of sh*t" for calling his district office. There are plenty of quality insurance agents in McKinney, this however is not one of them. Save yourself time and heartburn and don't go here.
