I have been a customer of Facets for about two years. They are wonderful! The quality of merchandise is exceptional and the store owners are very helpful and nice! They have prices to fit everyone's budget. You can choose the stand you like and they will create something for you at a reasonable price, or you can make something yourself (they will finish with a clasp for a minimal charge.) I must admit I am somewhat of a jewelry fanatic. I am very particular about the look, feel, and quality of what I buy. Facets never disappoints. I have several pieces from them (some they made, some they help me make) that never fail to get compliments when worn. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a fun and unique shopping experience

The young woman who owns this place has a seriously nasty demeanor. Doesn't like to answer questions, doesn't like new customers/or beginners. Maybe she doesn't like herself either ... in addition they list their address incorrectly. Very poor customer service attitude. Don't bother going - bad service and exhorbitant prices.
