Dr. Dodge is, by far, one of the best docs I've had as I've moved from state to state. He always makes sure I understand what's going on and how/why to proceed with whatever treatment. Staff is friendly and courteous.

I recently moved to McKinney and wanted to establish myself with a local doctor. Front office staff is worthless. I showed up for an appointment on time, and the lady at front said we will have to re-schedule you as I was suppose to show up half hour early for some paper work. I told Helen I already have the paperwork filled out and I was not told about showing up half hour early. They failed to mention this while I was making an appointment a month in advance and also when they called day earlier to offer me to come in that day as they had a cancellation. I mentioned I had taken the day off so I can take care of this and was fasting so I can get my blood work done. They did not even try to accommodate me in any way. I left yelling and screaming and upset. I did leave my information so the doctor could call me to explain his views. No call as yet. I have also made a follow up appointment so I can offer my copay to yell at the doctor in person.
