Brought my car in for an oil change. When I was there Alex told me that one of my licenese lights was out and asked if I wanted it changed. I said yes. After watching him struggle to remove the cover screws while leaning over the opening in the floor trying to keep his balance, he came in the waiting room to get me. He brought me into the bay and showed me that he got one screw out but said he bent the other one because of the angle and i'd need to take it to a my dealer to get it fixed. I said that doesn't seem right but he said they cant fix it there. I also noticed that one of my tire caps were missing and pointed it out. He went and got a bright green cap and put it on. The tires arw new. When it came time to pay i asked him to put in the notes that he bent the screw. He put "screw wouldnt loosen". I said no, you bent it. He then denied having said that. I went to get in my car after paying and the keys werent there. After searching everywhere i found them on the floor of my car. I went to work and could hear the light casing was banging around. I called there and the same person, Alex, from the night before, answered. I said i wanted to talk to a manager and he said he is one. I told him that the casing was loose, the screw is stripped, and i want them to fix it. He told me to come in tonight before 6 and he'd take care of it. Brought it in and talked to the manager Steve. Alex wasnt even there. Told him about the screw and tire cap and he said they would take care of it. They fiddled with the screw, and couldn't get it out. One of them told me to buy an extraxtion kit at home depot to drill out the screw. I said will they be reimbursing me? Steve then denied that Alex did anything wrong and said its probably corroded or rusted. The car is only 2 years old and this is te first light that needed replacing. The screw was obviously stripped and likely bent like Alex had said. I left. The screw wont come out, its completely stripped and they denied any liability.

place is a rip off. Have a 2002 mercury sable takes 5.5 quarts of 5/20 oil and they charged me 27.95 for a oil change. 3.50 for 1/2 quart of oil and 2.00 because it takes 5/20 oil. plus the place smells like cigarette smoke. next time i will go to buss ford quick change 24.95 and the place dont smell. i rate this place a zero.

Has have good service for several years!

I've been taking our 3 cars here for 2 years and have always been happy with the service. They NEVER try to up-sell me on things I don't need (Jiffy Lube was terrible!). I trust them to be honest with me. Only negative is that they're not the FASTEST becasue they're BUSY with a lot of happy customers.
