McHenry East High School serves students in grades nine through 12. It operates a variety of departments, such as math, science, world history, and health and physical education. Its math department offers a range of courses, such as geometry, calculus, algebra and pre-calculus. It arranges fall sports, winter sports and spring sports. The school offers a variety of sporting activities, such as volleyball, swimming, cheerleading, basketball, baseball and tennis.
