I visited this McDonough site a couple of years ago and had a positive experience...but this time was the exact opposite. I asked for contact lenses that were for overnight wear and was prescribed accue oasys. I ordered glasses and the customer service representative never used the machine to check the distance between my pupils...I had to ask another rep to do this later. I was never called and told that my glasses were available for pickup. I had to call and ask after two weeks. I was then told that they never call customers to advise that glasses are ready for pickup. I will not visit this site again.
