My wife took her car in here to get an oil change done. She was told she would be out of there in 45 mins. It took 2 hours just to get the car into the bay, then another 45 to actually change the oil. That was just the beginning of the trouble.

She came home and stated they charged for an extra 1.5 qts of synthetic oil. (Extra $10) on top of the 5 quarts that's included in the price. I KNOW that's impossible to have a 4 cylinder car with 6.5 quarts of oil. Sure enough, the dipstick was over the full line by a lot. The oil was DIRTY, like they didn't even change it. Completely black. (Should be a waffle syrup brown/golden).

The next thing I noticed was the bottom plastic shield/rain guard wasn't screwed back to the car, it was dangling. Good thing she didn't lose it on the way home. The other thing was whoever was filling the oil, managed to get it over half the top of the engine. There was oil everywhere on the engine.

Finally, the steering wheel was all oily from the mechanic's hands. The buttons he tried to push to reset our reminder were all oily.

Took the car back and asked them to fix the problems. At this point the manager was ok. Drained the oil, filled up the engine with new oil. It was the wrong weight. The manual calls for specific weight oil due to warranty, they put in different viscosity. Manager started getting upset, saying "It's the same, won't hurt a thing". I told him I want it to be the CORRECT weight due to warranty on engine. He got all cranky with me but I told him they better do it correct.

Long story, (not) short, I will never go back to this place. About a year ago there was a different manager. He was good. The one they got now, husky, short dude doesn't give a rat's you know what about customers. Shame.

I brought my car for an oil change. It was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Did not bother to check my oil level because I trusted them. Drove it back and forth to work and home for a week then left it in my garage for 30 days while I went on vacation. I came back and drove my car back and forth to work and home as usual for 2 weeks, then the oil light on my dash board started flashing. Checked my engine oil and found the dipstick bone dry. I had to put in 3.5 quarts to get the level back to normal. My engine has no leak whatsoever. I can only conclude that they drained the oil but did not put in any. They did not change my oil filter either. Heck they're not gonna see any of my vehicles again for any kind of service. These people are scums.

Yesterday was my third time using this establishment for an oil change. They Dont keep you for hours and the customer service is great. The prices are very reasonable.

Had an oil change-- and everything was great, until I noticed a horrible leak coming from the oil pans.... Later found out after hundreds of dollars (and never being addressed about there being an issue) that my oil plug had been stripped... Thank you for royally destroying my pocket, but hey, atleast I got great service and a cheap oil change.

Very professional and friendly service. I strongly recommend them for all of your auto needs.

I have used this Precision Tune for several years and trust them with my cars service completely. They have never " found a problem" or done anything to add to the bottom line of my service bill. I recommend them highly. Glenda K
