I attended this church when I was pregnant. I was single and having a horrible time with dealing that I was going to become a single mom, a parent out of wedlock. Something I had spoken against and hoped to encourage others not to do.



So much with my horror and lose of self respect, care and the depression that I stooped into I came to this church.



Now I'm not saying they were perfect but watching certain members of the church such as the teen pastor; Ron. and Joyce the at time church secretary, as well as several members: Martha, Thelma and Troy (whom I still communicate with) the kindness that they showed me, without judgment set seeds for me to be able to forgive myself, thus with self forgiveness seeking God's forgiveness.



I'm very thankful that God lead me to these steps 7 years ago. They were a tremendous blessing to me and I'm forever thankful. God led me to another church and then not to long ago into a marriage that took me out of state.



I still have pictures and when we browse through them I remember each face kindly and am very thankful for that short period in my life. Even more for my beautiful little boy who's eyes light up the day and smile and laughter rings throughout our home. Praise God our Almighty.
