I purchased a bookbag from this store and had it monogrammed within a month the zipper was broke and they weren't nice about us getting a new one and monograming it again. I will not recommend them to anyone, very unprofessional for a new business.

The owner of this store has a terrible attitude when she is corrected on her mistakes.

The store was opened late with No apology to myself and others waiting.

I paid for a service that did Not provide a Professional product.
