I love this office. Friendly staff, well lit, facility is really clean and smells great & they have fast service.

This dentist office is AMAZING!!!! The office manager Aubrey and all of her staff are PHENOMENAL!!!! Dr. Barnett and Lynn my hygeinest do a Awesome job on my teeth! They make me feel very comfortable and listen to all of my concerns. I couldn't choose a better dentist office. ❤️❤️❤️

Have been going here for a couple of years since we moved to McDonough. I am having the same issue that I see others have rated for. I give two stars because the Dental cleanings & regular appointments have been great, the facility is very clean & staff is friendly. But service beyond basic cleaning is lacking. My two daughters & I recently had dental cleanings. They advised my youngest needed cavities filled. Due to her age & their ped dentist not being available during my non-working hours I chose to get a 2nd opinion. After a request to have any x-rays transferred I found out that they x-rayed my youngest that day without getting my permission. I believe this happened due to the hustle of the office as it was busy. They took pans that my insurance does not cover every year. I found out from them that the x-ray did not come out & they realized that I did not qualify for pans, so they charged me for bite-wings instead. The dentistry that I am getting a 2nd opinion from requested to see the bite-wing x-rays but there are none because McDonough Family Dentistry did not take them. The new dentistry needs to take them but my insurance wont cover because they have already been done according to the claim. I have called McDonough Family Dentistry 3 times & emailed twice regarding this issue. When I would first call they would state no bite wings were done (instead of telling me they charged me for them). I had to work in between my insurance company & the new dentistry to find out. One phone call the rep rather than resolving my issue with their dentistry stated well if you were getting a 2nd option from us we would not charge you for the bite-wings. I was thinking really than how come your not treating your existing patient with equal service. My last email asked for a resolution such as for them to actually do the bite-wings so that I can move forward with my daughter's dental care needs. Have not heard anything back. I feel like an insurance claim at this office rather than a person with a family of four that are patients.

I've been going here with my family for a couple of years. There is no better looking dental office as this. Dr. Nia is the best dentist out there without a doubt. I don't understand how anyone could have a bad experience here. I never wait for appointments, They instantly answer my phone calls, and they have TV's on the ceiling! to me, that's amazing. I will always take my family here, and I Highly recommend this place. Also, it's probably the biggest dental office out there. It's Huge

I love this place, I have been to several dentist and this dentist office has corrected dental work, that other dentist have messed up. They are very professional and it is a very beautiful place. They have also saved me lots of money. Shawna McWright

The office is very nice, they serve you coffee & refreshments, tv's every where in lobby and in the offices where they do dental work, there is even a tv on the celing?? However, their service is horable. They tell you over the phone that they take your insurance and you make an appointment, but when you get to your appointment they tell you they may not be able to take your insurance, give you an exam, treatment plan and the cost and they amount that has to be paid up front. I came there because I had extreme tooth pain. I have 2 dental insurances, 1 is dental dental and 1 is Humana PPO High Dental Medicare insurance which they stated they do not take even though they are on the list for Humana Medicare PPO Dental Groups. Being a diabetic I was not given any antibotics or anything for the pain. Theystated they can not do the rootcanal until March'2010 under Delta Dental??

Excellent staff and dentist. They are very friendly and more importantly very competent.
