I have been with Logan heating and air for at least 15 years. They put in a new system for us about 5 years ago. Before that they serviced everything that broke down in our system. They are polite, on time, and never fail to fix the problem. I have referred them to many of my friends and will continue to do so.

I had quite a different experience with Logan than Sandy C. A lightning strike had taken out several of the systems in my house, including the furnace, AC compressor, and coil.

Working through my insurance company to get things replaced was a painstaking process that took two months and entailed half a dozen visits from Logan. I got to know many of the techs by name, and spoke a couple of times with owner Mark Logan, who clearly wants his company to be the best and is willing to go the extra mile for the customer. I would encourage anyone who runs into any issues to try contacting him first instead of lodging complaints online. Logan Heating and Air is a local company, and if you call, you will immediately find yourself speaking with a human being on the other end of the line. In my case, after I ran into problems with a faulty filter rack and expressed some concerns about air quality, I received an upgrade to a new one — a $400 value — free of charge. How often can you say that about a company? Even though Logan did not make the faulty part, they made it right with the customer.

I paid $370 to diagnose and repair problem. Problem was not fixed AT ALL. They sent another technician the next day but they were not willing to fix the issue without me paying an additional amount. I finally asked the tech to leave and had to cut my losses. $370 literally thrown away. I would not recommend them to ANYONE! I had to call another AC company, they came out and fixed the problem.
