Was going to buy carpet and hardwoods from this local company.

They sent two workers out to my house and I had to PAY THEM $150 TRIP CHARGE because they would not come in to work due to the cat smell in the room to have floor replaced....duh, that's the reason you were hired!!!

Since when do workers dictate what they will or will not do??
Owner was too uppity to come out 3 miles to see what their problem was!!!

Do not believe all the church connections they advertise in their ads...they are definately not what they say they are.

I had posted a negative rating on their company site before and it was deleted which did not surprise me in the least.

Terrible company, the owner refused to give me the $150 back and I have nothing to show for it.
Pitiful business practice.
