I love the doctor and the staff. I originally came for an appointment then later came and picked up my glasses. They are so pretty and I get SO MANY compliments from them. I usually don't do reviews but my daughter told me to leave one to let everyone know that this place isn't as bad as some say.

Just as the other person said, the office is nice and so is the doctor. However, this is the rudest medical office staff I have ever encountered. I have been in upper management in the medical field for over a decade. If any of my staff treated patients the way they do here, they would all be fired on the spot. I spent almost $300 in this place AFTER insurance. I called about a warranty issue and I was given nothing but attitude from the girl on the phone. They ended up replacing my lenses under the warranty but would not cover the frames. I was told this AFTER they were ordered. I still have not picked up my lenses. I ended up ordering a new pair of glasses online at full price. I decide that I would rather buy a new pair 100% out of my pocket than to step foot in there again. I will NEVER go back.

Please don't go here. The place itself is nice, and the doctor is nice. The other staff is rude. When I say rude, I mean rude!!!! The clinic itself will try to rip you off, if you will let them. I had insurance and they still tried to rip me off. This place put a bad taste in my mouth. Read the other reviews!!!! Also I called my insurance company and told them what happened!
