If I could I would give this place a 0. So, I worked from home all day yesterday. Went out around 4 to run up to the carwash on 81 to get the dust off my car. Car was fine when I got in it (i know because I have to walk in front of it to get in) went through the carwash at 4:30 and came back home. My hood had multiple scratches Went up there to talk to manager was told that they weren't liable for their machine and there was NOWAY their machine could have made the scratches. But hey what do I know I am just a silly female who doesn't pay attention to her car. Anyway, we have used this carwash for YEARS and have always recommended them. However, that stops now. My recommendation is now USE at your own risk they don't seem to care about your car. I was dismissed within 10mins of going up there .

I visited Dr. Wash several times in the past, but things seem to have improved since then because of new ownership (just my opinion). I can see that the atmosphere has changed. The guys did a really nice job as my vehicle was washed thoroughly. Also, the desk attendant was very friendly and nice. Loved the free wash service that comes with oil change. Definitely will be coming back soon.

Has various car wash and detail menus. Busy on Fridays and Saturdays. Can change oil while getting your car washed/detailed. Comfortable lobby, with wireless internet and computer stations. New ownership - best car wash in McDonough. Quizno in same place, too. Friendly staff/cashiers. Sometimes so popular, very busy, so best to get there early or go on Mondays-Thursdays.
