Stopped in for our normal post Dr.appointment meal. Our experience has always been pleasant, but last evening was EXCEPTIONAL!! Raven was our server and she was awesome. Attentive and knowledgeable (you would never know she was new).I'm a wheel of fortune fan and it was playing on a tv behind me so I was catching glimpses in the window. My husband offered to trade places, but I said no because I didn't want to move the food around. Raven noticed and stopped by to see if I needed anything. When we laughed about why I kept looking at the window she immediately offered to change the channel on the TV in front of me!! Beautiful young lady with impeccable manners!! Kayle,the manager, was awesome!! My drink wasn't quite up to Chili's normal quality So she personally made another and it was perfect!! I think the bartender was new so no problem and the recovery was excellent!! Ashley(manager in training)remembered waiting on my husband and I several months ago, and stopped by to say "Hi".She was so sweet and helpful and definitely has a bright future!! Life is extremely stressful but this experience has definitely been refreshing. WELL DONE LADIES!!
