I made an appointment with Klassy Lassie to have my dog groomed. I gave them my credit card number and paid a $25 deposit to hold me appointment. I understand this because I know they have provided this slot for me, and they will not be able to recoup their money if I cancel at the last minute. However, this is not the case. I called to cancel my appointment 6 days before the appointment date, and was told that the $25 deposit is non refundable! Life happens! I lost $25 because I was unable to keep this appointment when I let them know 6 days in advance that I could not! They provided no service to me whatsoever! In my estimation, this is very poor public relations, and I will never do business with Klassy Lassie again!
