I call them to come and clean our whole house, tile & grout and carpet. It was clear that these technicians knew what they were doing and set out to do a great job. All areas look brand new. I strongly recommend Quality. I will be calling you in the future again. Thanks.

Very easy to make an appt. On their website, they showed up on time , and left my travertine floors looking amazing !! The owner was very attentive to our needs and it was a smooth job . Thank you guys for a great experience.

Terrible Service!!! First they schedule for 4:30 p.m. Then they show up at 6:30 p.m. They try to sell me an additional carpet treatment because of some cat urine for $60 which I refused. They then came up with "we cannot do the job because we normally get off work at 6:30 p.m (remember they were scheduled for 4:30 p.m.) Then they came up with a really stupid excuse about being legally liable for cat urine trying to force me to buy the additional package again. How stupid do they think people are??? Again I said no and the two "IDIOTS" walked out my front door. "DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE"!!! Javier L. Gonzalez Harlingen Texas

I can not be more satisfied with their services. Great customer service. My carpet hasn't look so good and clean in a long time. I highly recomend this company.
