The food is great if you can get the servers to bring it to you in the order it was entered. We ordered our appetizers and they were brought to a table that had arrived way after us, when we asked our server he replied that it was the cook's fault....we waited 30 more min then cancelled our order. The staff were not concerned and shrugged us off. This has happened on numerous occasions. Although they do have the best burgers in town, we will not be going back.....too much frustration watching the wait staff kissing their gilrfrineds and talking about stuff that doesn't concern the patrons....where is the management?

I have to give Peppers an A + on service (:
