I went to the one in McAlester (Walmart) to get a perm. I told the girl my hair set up really fast. She put in the rollers and then got on her cell phone. She stayed on for about 10 min. I finally asked her when she planned on taking out the rollers and put the neutralizer on. She gave me a dirty look and got off the phone. She combed it out and it was really kinky. I told her it wasn't happy with it and she said it was a really good perm. After I got home and my hair dried, well there is just no words to tell how I looked. It looked like a afro. I went back a few days later and told her I wanted a haircut to cut off the "burned ends" she said they weren't and the other stylists came over and went on about what a beautiful perm it was. I let them know what I thought of it. Needless to say I will never, ever go there again. Nor will I tell anyone to go there.
