We purchased a system and they installed, but never completely setup the unit. Had terrible with heater not working. And the AC doesn't have the correct amount of freon so now my AC freezes up. Had a bad lite pressure switch and the wrong thermostat, which they promised over a year ago to replace... Still waiting. Have contacted multiple times, and they always say they are going to come out the next day. They never call when they don't show the next say, then they won't answer their phone when you call back to find out when they will reschedule you. Horrible service.
