Worst Experience EVER at a restaurant! I will never be back and I will let everyone I know in person and ONLINE

While in the restaurant the staff was standing around while one was on the phone talking loudly about the owner firing the entire staff due to a PREVIOUS guest complaint! When I approached the staff about how inappropriate the conversation was while there were customers in the restaurant, I was cussed out and told not to come back and " to get my ASS out of there you BITCH" I was so mad but I left and waited until I had calmed down and decided to call in to speak with the manager or owner. When the "Manager" got on I started to explain what had happened while myself, husband and 6 year old daughter were eating there. She informed me that I should have never butted in to what they were talking about.
