The Naej Affect is a program designed to help young women in Elementary and Middle schools, reward themselves for outstanding performance during the school year. With a Primary focus on Inner City Schools The Naej Affect will Pick Several young ladies that Meet or exceed required expectations of their schools grading system. These students will recieve Free Hair care services, Mentoring, and incentives for Great performance during the school year.
