franchise and franchisee are of poor quality and customer service. if they kept a member of there staff on for more than a month, the sales would increase for the sale associate, but the franchisee has no faith in her employees. She puts so much stress and pressure on these young girls up front to sell that theres no wonder why they cant sign up a 12 month membership. firing left and right, month after month for "bogus" reasons, especially their managers, she cant keep 1 on for longer than a couple months. there needs to be a "restaurant steakout" show for massage envy to show her, her own faults. Everyone is afarid to lose their jobs and the ones I know who have spoken out have been fired for a ridiculous reasons because they speak up at the meetings. Other then the horrible turn over rate, the massage therapists are amazing. Kristi is one of the most requested and worth every dime and gives you the best experience possible. Its affordable and I would recommend her for locals or anyone visiting Atlantic City. Try to have patience with the front desk girls, because someone is always training! LOL
