I see matthew beason as my primary care. Ive never had any issues at this office whatsoever. Ive never had to wait more than just a few minutes, and matthew has always been courteous and professional. I switched to the clinton office temporarily because its much much closer and convenient, but i saw some dr named dr webb, and he took 2 weeks to fill my rx's, and gave me a hard time about a 90 day supply even though its cheaper. The clinton office staff are horrible and were of zero help. I switched back to the maynardville office, and back to matthew beason. Its worth the drive to have everything go smoothly.

Absolutely the most unprofessional staff I've seen in my 47yrs you can't get past the appointment setter and she is extremely unfriendly I am extremely sick with what I believe to be pneumonia and you can't seem to get to talk to a nurse or nothing she says call back in the morning just to be told the same thing ive played this game with them before on a few occasions they are there for a paycheck and trully do not care about their patients its really sad

I made an appointment for my friend to have some teeth removed and the whole experience was "underwhelming". The staff did everything they could to AVOID doing their jobs. My friend's appointment was for 1PM and she was not taken back for treatment until 2PM. No problem for us as I know "things happen" to make a dentist run late.



Dr. Mary Lewis spent less than 5 minutes with my friend and did nothing but discourage her from getting the treatment she needed. Dr. Lewis even gave her inaccurate information about administering local anesthetic. (I am a retired, licensed dental hygienist having the license and credentials to administer local anesthesia but I cannot extract teeth!) Dr. Lewis even told my friend she could go to another office and have the extractions done for less. When my friend told me the prices for extractions were actually MORE than what was quoted on the phone and because I had agreed to pay her bill, I told her, NO PROBLEM, go ahead and get the treatment you need.

Upon returning to the front desk, we were told it was TOO LATE! Dr. Lewis had already taken back her next patient and would be leaving when that patient was done. REALLY???? Did they not schedule an appointment longer than 5 minutes to do extractions??? I spoke with Crystal and Amy, the front office manager, but was told... too bad, so sorry the dentist is leaving and we cannot see your friend until a date they gave us 6 weeks from now.

What that tells me is Dr. Lewis is getting paid, Crystal and Amy are getting paid and MY taxes go to pay for them to do as little as possible. And to beat that, I had CASH for them to bring in for Union County to pay for the services my friend could not afford to get at a REAL DENTAL OFFICE. CASH that would help Union County make their payroll. Wait till the Union County officials hear about this.



The only reason I gave them ONE STAR is because there was no option not to give them anything!
