My husband and I recently bought our first "fixer upper." Our kitchen/bathroom countertop and all
backsplashes needed replacing badly! A friend of ours ,who also flips homes, recommended A1
GraniteMan in Maumelle. The entire process was so pleasant and easy! The customer service is
incredible! The owner (Mrs. Sherrie) and her amazing team answered every question or concerned we
had. They removed all our old counter tops and installed our beautiful new granite tops with such care
and professionalism! We will definitely be using them for all our projects!!

I am so happy with my new counter tops. I truly appreciate the amazing customer service working with
Amber and Jessi (A1 Granite in Maumelle AR). Thank y’all so much, they are beautiful!!

This company has horrible customer services. I waited all day on three separate occasions for some to come out and make a template for our project. The first two days no one showed up or called to cancel or reschedule and when I called to inquire I was told someone would get back with me but the didn't. So, when I called again it seemed as if I was bothering them. I finally got my granite installed and it was a piece that I specifically said, I didn't like. Amber stated that they had another piece of that same granite that didn't have those imperfections. We looked a piece that was there , but belonged to someone else, but she assured us that she had 3 pieces. So, we agreed on that style. On the day of install they installed the piece that had all the imperfections. They have not called to try and rectify the situation or given an explanation as to what happened.

Never got to see the craftsmanship. Sherrie was super friendly & made after hours appointment to get sale, then when there was an issue, no return calls for a week--left multiple messages for Sherrie & Tommy. Do not trust owners, add additional clause to protect yourself if they can't deliver in a set time frame that hurts your schedule. Claim is that the manufacturer had an issue and product would be delayed 1.5 months. I (customer) was penalized for finding product elsewhere (no delay as they claim) and owner, Sherrie, charged a cancellation fee (their time) and false trip charge when no other product she had was satisfactory & I had to find a new supplier. They really kept 5% and a $150 trip charge to measure when date was modified in advance. Crew most likely does good work, but business owners are unprofessional, no customer comes first attitude. Beware of shady ethics!

I had dealt with A-1 Granite Man, Inc a couple of times.. I was very pleased with the ladies in the office to the installers..My kitchen counter tops and kitchen table turned out beautiful, they completed them in a timely manner..I would highly recommend this company to anyone.. Their very professional, always will take care of my granite needs. Looking forward to working with them again.. A-1 Granite Man, Inc is the only granite company for me..

We had cracks everywhere, uneven edges.. We were very disapointed. My cat even hated it.

I originally went with A-1 granite man because they were almost $200 cheaper than a competitor. However, I learned quickly why. They are rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. They do not return phone calls and become very defensive when you try to just get what you paid for. I highly do not recommend using them. Once I was able to finally get my granite, the installers were delightful. I wish I could say the same about Sherrie or Amber. If you choose them because of their cheaper price, well, good luck.
