THEY SUCK !! Rude, and do not know how to communicate with their customers. I amd getting married and had to order my bridemaid's shoes.. well they never called and told me they were in, everytime i called i was put on hold FOREVER and ended up hanging up, finally i went by there and they had been in since the week before. WOW. Also when one of my bridesmaids went in to pick up her shoes, they told her they had no idea what she was talking about. I had to spend 30min on the phone with a manager before they figured it out. RIDICULOUS!!
