CONSUMER BEWARE....DO NOT ORDER FROM DIABETICDESSERTSDIRECT.COM. This company came across my FB page, advertising free samples of diabetic desserts, just pay the shipping and handling of $4.95. When I recieved my samples, there was nothing in the box, no paperwork, no return address, absolutely nothing, just 6 small samples of desserts. I really liked the product and went on line trying to find something, ANYTHING, to find out how to order again or see the product list to find out if they offered anything else. I could find NOTHING, absolutely nothing. Well, true to all scammers, I checked my bank statement and what do you know? $49.95 had been deducted from my bank account and guess what else? Miraculously I received an e-mail from Diabeticdessertsdirect.com with all their information and in tiny print at the bottom it explains you need to cancel within 14 days or you will automatically be enrolled in their program. After several days of trying to call the number listed beside the debited amount shown on my bank statement, someone named Bob, finally answered. I told him everything I just typed above, and he said basically said, "well, sorry, you didn't cancel in time". (1-704-849-0307). I just finished making a report to the BBB in Charlotte, (Mathews, NC). I was scammed and I'm just warning you, "Buyer BEWARE" DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
