I had a wonderful experience at divinity salon yesterday. Paige did an excellent job on my hair. I came in with blonde hair that was a little too blended with my current warm low light. I explained to Paige how I wanted to add some cool low lights to break it up a bit. She completely listened to everything that I said regarding the hair color AND cut. My hair came out exactly how I imagined it. The front desk staff was super nice as well! Will definitely be back and could not be happier with my hair! Thank you Thank you Thank you! ����

BEWARE! Just left Diviniti a very unhappy customer. I have been to this salon a few times in the past and it was okay due to the fact that I was only getting trimmed up. Today I went with a picture in-hand, asked the stylist her opinion and how it would do for my hair and she agreed it would be a good look. As the initial length was cut I immediately knew that it was too short. It went down-hill from there. I came home to try to re-fix it only to find that it was worse than I thought. What should have been a shoulder-length bob with soft waves looks like a mushroom with longer sides. I called the salon to get a refund and they basically stated that it was my fault and had requested this cut and that I didn't have the right hair for the one in the picture. (Why didn't my stylist mention this when I initially SHOWED her the picture!) Now I have to put up with a hairstyle I despise because there's nothing left to fix. FYI . . . they have a NO-REFUND policy. . . . Know that BEFORE you go!

I have been going to this shop for a few months now. I am totally pleased with the Service.. I see Jill and love her. I have also gone to Ronda , who is tops too.. They really listen and try to please. Love it...Jackie A.

If I could I would give -0 stars. This is the first time writing a review for any service I have received but I can't let this one go. Today I went to this Salon on Idlewild rd. I was so exited that I told the front desk girl what I was expecting that I really needed help with my messed up color that I did at home, believe me that when I got out of this place I could not believe how my hair looked. I DO A BETTER JOB my self at home. I just thought that by going to an "expert" I would get a really nice cut and color. I payed $100 + dlrs for the worst color. I had said I wanted a brunet if I could I would show a picture. My hair is black. To make matters worse my forehead and other parts of my face were smudged with dye the stylist tried rubbing it off. Ok when I got to my car and looked in the mirror I was so upset that I walked back in, and when I talked to the manager all she could say was "its not black it will get lighter with every wash" she did not offer any kind comfort.

Really enjoy the experience but find it impossible to get an appointment. Jodi is very good, but it does take a while to get in and out for a simple haircut! Not the best choice if you have a tight schedule or are short on time.
