As part of our kitchen remodel, Mr. Davis installed new cabinets. Approximately six months following installation, the finish on the cabinets began to crack, and it appears likely the finish will ultimately chip off. In addition, a bracket supporting one of the shelves in our pantry pulled loose from the cabinet wall, causing the shelf to sag. We have been trying to contact Mr. Davis for over four months to discuss a resolution, but he has not responded to email, phone, or UPS mail delivery (delivery tracked and confirmed).
