See yelp or google for full story.....Five minutes or so passed and the phone rang, it was Scott with a very aggressive, demeaning, hostile, yelling and angry tonality. Stated he just spoke with Nate and Nate had placed the apple tv in the upstairs right room of our house. Katie tried to clarify the information/location and Scott proceeded to tell her that he was NOT on this job, had received MULTIPLE messages about this from corporate (which had not been returned) and there was not much he could do with somebody accusing them of stealing something. He said if we want to file a claim, they’ll pay $.60 on the dollar for electronics so we might get a couple bucks and he could do that. She asked him to not speak to her in that manner and let him know that not once did she imply anyone was stealing anything. Asked for his manager and he stated he was the BOSS. The attitude worsened and Scott HUNG UP. We do NOT think Nate or Prince took the apple tv. We haven’t found it and it very well could be here somewhere, it just disappeared for the time being and we were trying to act quickly prior to the furniture getting to the dump. We’ll keep looking. Scott’s level of professionalism was one of the worst I’ve seen in my 20 years in business. Because of Scott, we’ll have to leave one star.
