The owners and employees of this company coordinated together to defraud many customers and suppliers of their money by taking payments but not completing the work and supplying the pool equipment. Although they say they are bankrupt and the business is closed, they are continuing to commit these crimes on unsuspecting homeowners. We have an eye witness to this happening just last week as their truck was spotted following a crane and pool to another homeowner address to collect payment for incomplete work. Do not call an attorney....there is nothing they can do. This is a crime....call the police!!!

Not just disappointing, but much much worse. Stay away from this company and their other companies (the great backyard place, modern backyard).

The owner just told my wife she wont come back if we dont stop posting. She also said it's our fault because we have termites. Huh? Did they see them? No. Are they sure? No. But she went on to say it would be a good thing if we did cuz insurance would pay for repairs.

Wow. Horrid customer service. No return calls. No communication. Missed appts. Showing up without appts. Leaving massive holes in your yard for weeks so your kids and dogs can injure themselves.

They blame everyone but themselves. We have had our pool for a year. We have leaks that have caused massive erosion under our concrete deck. The deck has sunk now to create a trip hazard. Not their fault they say. It's the manufacturers fault, blame them. Leaks don't cause this kind of erosion they say. It's your fault they say. We dont have to install a well-point even though the manufacturer says we do in their installation manual. Oh we wont be here tomorrow cuz one of our pools has floated out of the ground and those customers are more important than you.

Be ready for all the lies...I called you back. I sent you the info. We will be there on Monday. I emailed you. I emailed your spouse. Oh we had to fire "_____" fill in the blank. I sent you the estimate for the spa you wanted since we destroyed your backyard, sod and concrete deck and you were trying to make something good out of this.

Honestly, the thing that IS my fault is hiring this business in the first place.

It's so relaxing to sit by the pool!
