My child was enrolled in the infant room for approx 1 month. Right away my child had the worst diaper rash. The teachers were older and weren't very responsive to parents giving them general info about their particular child - they had that "I already know what I'm doing" mindset - however all kids are NOT the same. Most likely they aren't trained in CPR. After multiple lapses in care, the final straw was picking my child up to find a different kid's nipple/cap on my child's bottle .... which she was drinking from (after I had taken the time to sterilize my child's bottles at home). None of the teachers were concerned by it - the director (Ms. Johnson) trivialized it, called herself "telling me off" and handed me a brand new bottle from a package as if that settled the issue. The infant room is priced at market rate to other daycare centers, however the quality of care seemed more so like you were dropping your kid off at an older woman's personal home who's simply watching your kid as a favor so you allow less attention to typical daycare standards. The diaper rash and unsanitary behaviors preparing bottles are unjustified in any instance.
