The William E. Carter Post is a nice comfortable atmosphere. It is a privately owned facility, but when it comes to given a function hang it up. Its dirty inside and smells like mice have been dead for decades on in. Granted this place has no money, but it could use some cleaning up.



The people in charge are ok people, but then you have them stiff necks that think they can jump all over you. No thank you I deserve better than that.



The health inspectors should close that place down until they can get the mice under control. And half the people that so call work there need to get some training on attitude adjustments, including the commander to be.
