This is worst customer orientation that I have seen in any service business. I have had a 2 year service maintenance contract with this AC company and have seen it go from bad to worst over the last year.

You can't get a service visit from these folks, they are crude and speak to you like you are a begger. Trust me you literally need to beg the in house secretary to set up an appointment.



Save yourself the aggrevation and run don't walk away from this outfit. If you give them a chance you will regret it. They stand you up and never show even with an appointment. Owner is good technically but customer follow - up is horrendous! No one needs the games this outfit plays.
