That lady is dumb. Bleach is what is needed to lighten hair. Color would’ve made it even brassier. Know your facts you dumb beaver.

I am absoulty DISGUSTED witht he customer service and the advice that I was given at this supply store. It isn't the normal one that I go to so I should have known. The girl there made me feel like I was completely stupid and shouldn't even be dying my hair. I asked for a non-bleach highlight and she gave me BLEACH with out me knowing it which ended up turning my hair orange. Now I have dark brown hair with orange highlights. Yeah, save your time. money, and hair and DON'T go to this Sally's! They DON'T know what they are talking about.
