I never had a problem with this ACE hardware store ( Massapequa ) I always found parking to be great, and service too. Everyone is there to help you select the item you came in for. The cashier are friendly and helpful. I order items online and they call me when they arrive at the store ready for my pickup. ( which I recommend always )

After eating out with my grandchildren and husband went in ace to just browse at some garden ornaments from the moment we entered the cashier a young man with a problem eyed us up and down and made some comment to an associate watched us the whole time we were there. Will never shop at that Ace again the one in Copiague is so much better nicer employees and no too good for everyone else like the Massapequa employees. This young man made us feel like criminals with his attitude. Upon leaving my husband kidded around with him and said very slow in here with him replying it was busy until you came in. Did not appreciate his comment and wish I would have gotten his name. Very bad attitude not good for business!!
