I wanted to take a friend of mine out for her birthday. I wanted something different and not a chain restaurant. While driving one day, I ran across The Relish and took a peak inside. It is a quaint restaurant with a unique menu. I made a reservation for us at the chef's table. It is a semi-circular booth that faces the kitchen area. We had personalized service from the head chef and our curiosity got the best of us. We asked him to describe just about every dish that came out of the kitchen!! Many wonderful dishes and each one was garnished to perfection personally by the head chef before it was presented to the customer. They use a wonderful balsamic reduction to top off each plate. I would highly recommend giving it a try!
