I bought a van there with a waranty. The ac wasn't working,so they refilled it and told me they couldn't find the leak, just bring it back when it leaks out again and we'll fix it for you. When it stopped working again they refused to fix it. The manager yelled at me and accused me of ripping him off. Should have never paid extra to try to help this local business because they have no customer loyalty. Terry has no customer service skills. Rip off.

I bought 2 cars from this dealer. the 2nd one came with a waranty that they didn't honor. When I took the problem to the manager, he yelled at me and said I was trying to rip him off. Shady, crooked, rip off artists. I will never do business with them again.
