Very unprofessional measurements for tux fitting. Come to find out the owner Jodi is who did the measurements. My husband tried to even explain that she should do it the right way and he was ignored. No adjustments made at the final fitting to fix the mistakes made in the first fitting. So he had to wear pants that were far too big around and too short in the legs and a jacket that was 5 inches too short in the sleeves and so tight in the shoulders he couldn't move his arms. The other tux's all had their own problems as well but I will leave it to them if they want to leave a review.
After contacting the owner Jodi to let her know of the issues, I was even further discusted with how she decides to handle her business. Tries to claim she knew nothing of these problems. Not only was she told multiple times by my husband but you could tell by looking at him in the tux. Never ever will I ever do business with them again. Any weddings we are in in the future or proms and formals for all 4 of my girls I will be sure to refuse even stepping foot in the store.
