"I visited yesterday - what a gem in Mashpee Commons - the quality and attention to detail of a boutique, with the prices and variety generally only seen in the big box stores. CapeKids employs simple concepts in their children's merchandise - fine quality, responsibly made products, fair pricing and a bold, yet simple visual connection to Cape Cod, through their darling three minnows logo. The new shop is bright and immaculate, well appointed and well-lit. It's easy to navigate, without the assistance of the friendly and courteous staff, but you'll want to check in with owner Lorri Devlin anyway. She knows her current merchandise and her not-yet-received merchandise and, as a school nurse, she knows growing, active children. The clothing collection is beautifully complemented by the works of local artists and some lovely, unique gifts for children and adults. CapeKids is a must-visit if you happen to be on-Cape this summer.
